What were the designers of this product even thinking when they decided to omit something that will literally be used by the consumer every day. They might as well have forgotten to put a fire button on the device.

Design matters because these products are used day in and day out. How can a designer omit critical components or think a device is functional if the charging port is on the bottom of a mod.
